Meet The Founder bringing Operational Excellence, People & Technologies together

Lina Gillespie founded PowerSkillsAi to help organisations achieve operational excellence through the provision of new generation learning and training tools. PowerSkillsAi build learning tools on a Virtual Reality platform, using Artificial Intelligence, Gamification, and Microlearning to provide safe and effective Technical and PowerSkills training.
Lina Gillespie has 25 years of operational improvement experience including digital transformation and large-scale organisational transformation . Lina has worked across many sectors including mining, transportation, health, and logistics. Lina has worked with global organisations such as Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Anglo American in Australia, Europe and the Americas. Lina is a Director with the Chamber of Commerce for Australia and Chile and Ambassador to Australia for Women In Mining, Chile. Lina has created a team of process engineers, technology, and learning professionals who understand operational excellence, systems, and people.
